I offer a comprehensive planning and development service from pre-application advice and design solution, to achieving local authority consents and full building control service through to project completion.
The planning system can be daunting and confusing at times. I pride myself on being able to provide a stress free service working from your initial ideas to achieving a design solution and the relevant consents. As your representative, I will deal with any correspondence from the Local Authority and negotiate on your behalf. I integrate the skills of other professionals including building / quantity surveyors, structural engineers etc.

My 3D Design packages are available on all projects and are a great way of getting the overall design concept to the client at an early stage. These packages are fully flexible and can be changed to suit each client’s individual requirements and requests. The images and packages are also a great marketing tool for developers and businesses.
